New display seemed to fix my problem

I bought the bike as a gift for my daughter. She lives in a different state. As per our conversation, she loves the bike so much. Everything is just perfect. She rides her bike everyday going to work. Thank you so much Cyrusher for making an incredible E-bike.

I needed a controller for my gen 1 xf800. They guided me to the correct replacement controller with patience and professionalism. My superbike is good as new again. Thank you Michelle.

This has been a great mountain bike so far. The suspension makes riding comfortable and the battery is powerful. The only small issue I had was the rear brake was low on hydraulic fluid when I got it. Cyrusher immediately sent out the parts I needed and I got then in two days. The company has been very responsive on the phone and easy to work with.

The bike is great I've actually been a few places I wouldn't be able to achieve if it weren't for the extra torque. Would like a bit of info on how to maintain.

i have No regrets on my purchase of the Traxx. My issue is that the chain and derailer are skipping straight out of the box and i have tight link at the Master which makes the chain wrinkle at that link. when i reached out, instead of what i thought Cyrusher might do which would be to send me a new chain, instead i was sent videos on how to adjust it myself... i guess i'll have to try and fix this situation myself

Seems to be a good product. Looks good, fits good and came with everything needed to install.

Service is very good

First class, much more than I expected. Water proof, on and off with only 2 Velcro straps and side pockets have more zippered pockets within. I'm impressed !

My wife and I bought two Kommoda models a couple of weeks ago. We did so because our previous bikes from a different company were mountain bikes and were difficult to mount and dismount. The Kommoda's are very well constructed and have features we didn't expect at this price point, such as hydraulic brakes, fenders, a rear rack, color dash display and rear suspension, none of which our previous bikes had. The Kommoda's have lots of power for us and I still have 59% battery after a 20 mile ride with a few hills and with minimal pedaling. The folding pedals are also very nice for us, allowing the bikes to fit more easily where we park them indoors. The bikes are very easy to handle even for a 70-year-old like me. My only minor negative observation is that neither of us can get any movement of the rear suspension, likely because these bikes have such a high weight capacity compared to our weight. This is easily corrected with commonly available coil-over shocks with a lower weight rating. All in all, we are very pleased with this purchase and would recommend the Kommoda to others.
